In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tp77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the tp77 online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://tp77.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tp77 platform in any capacity.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of tp77 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You do not hold an existing tp77 account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded. Attempting to re-register following a suspension or self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing the tp77 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tp77 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of tp77 services, you must register for a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. tp77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. tp77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• Only one account per household address, IP address, or shared device is permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from tp77 customer support.
• You must notify tp77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• tp77 may at any time require you to complete KYC verification, including submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tp77 may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or wagering privileges.

All deposits to tp77 player accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tp77 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current accepted methods are always displayed on the tp77 deposits page.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.
• tp77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which tp77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tp77 account within two minutes. In rare cases involving banking delays, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit has not been credited within 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• tp77 reserves the right to reject any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds originate from fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity. Such deposits will be returned to the originating payment method and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their tp77 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with tp77 support in writing.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and wager but will not be able to withdraw until verification is approved.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. tp77 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within the specified period.

• Any player found to be abusing the tp77 bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the tp77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market on the tp77 platform. The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets:

• A wager is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the tp77 system and a confirmation message has been displayed. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tp77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No further compensation will be due.
• tp77 does not accept liability for any loss of earnings, winnings, or opportunity arising from interruptions to network connectivity, platform downtime, or third-party provider outages.
• For sports betting markets, tp77 follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, the BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). In cases of dispute, tp77's determination is final.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply on a per-game and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tp77 reserves the right to void any portion of a wager that exceeds applicable limits.
• Minimum bet amounts are set at the game or market level and are always displayed before a wager is confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one tp77 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or matched betting across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, miscalculated odds, or any other technical glitch to obtain funds or credits that would not otherwise be available. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and removed from the player's account.

tp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, tp77 will conduct an investigation. During the investigation period, the player's account balance will be held and no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers will be permitted. tp77 aims to conclude investigations within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

• If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored. Any wagers that would have been placed during the suspension period are not compensable.
• If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds, void winnings, and applicable fees may be returned to the player at tp77's discretion.
• Players may voluntarily close their tp77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal, subject to KYC verification and these withdrawal terms.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tp77 account.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or access game content.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the tp77 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed at the player's request during that period.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tp77 content without prior written consent from tp77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tp77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tp77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from hardware failure, software error, or unauthorised access where such access was not caused by tp77's negligence.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the tp77 platform that prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal completion attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits tp77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

tp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
